The categories
The filing is identical. What you are buying is everything around it.
Every formation service submits the same document to the same office. The differences are in the registered agent year, the renewal price, and what happens when something needs correcting.

Named categories, no placings
Nothing is published yet. These are the categories the write-ups are organised around. The column on the right is where a placing would go, and it is empty because nothing has been placed.
The honest first-year price
What the advertised figure covers, and whether the state fee sits inside it or arrives at checkout.
no placingThe second-year price
The renewal, which is where the real cost of a package shows up and where the introductory figure stops applying.
no placingThe registered agent year
Usually free for twelve months, then charged annually. Whether it can be dropped without the entity falling out of compliance.
no placingWhat happens when it goes wrong
Rejections, amendments and address changes. What support covers and what is billed separately.
no placingWhat you still have to do
The parts no service completes for you, which is more of the process than most packages imply.
no placingThere is no overall winner and there will not be one. Which service suits a business depends on the business, and that argument is made in words on the page it belongs to.
Ground rules
How these write-ups work
Nothing is scored
No ratings, no stars, no tier boards. Where one service suits a case better, it is argued with the reasoning on the page.
Prices are dated
Service pricing moves. Anything specific carries the date it was read and the page it came from.
Nothing was purchased to write this
No claim rests on having bought a package. Where something is only knowable by buying it, the page says so.
Affiliate links are disclosed
Some links earn a commission. It never changes what a category says, and it is stated wherever it applies.
